Blue For A Boy!

Afternoon blogging buddies.

Hope you all had a good weekend.

We had a good day out yesterday. As you may recall, me and DH like to get out and about on our bikes.

Yesterday we loaded them onto the car and headed out to the Wirral.

As a rule we like to ride all along the promenade from Wallasey to the ferry terminal at New Brighton, but we had our son and grandson with us so we didn't go quite that far.

We did some shell collecting on the beach, investigated a couple of jelly fish, dug a few holes and just generally messed about. The tide was out so we could walk a good way down the beach.

Our grandson had several rides on the little funfair they have there, which he loved, then it was on to our sandwiches and we couldn't resist following that with a bag of chips!

Not a good idea sitting perilously close to the chippy I have to say, but they smelt lovely and it got the better of us in the end, jolly nice they were too.

By the time we got back to the car we were all weary and ready for home, but we'd had a lovely time.

We thought little 'un might sleep on the way back, wrong......but his dad did!!

So onto crafting.....

Another baby card today, as usual, challenges and recipe below.

Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by.

I love biking but haven't been in a few years. We have a beautiful bike path here in RI 10 miles which connects several towns. People walk, skate, bike and the scenery is beautiful.
